E\u2019 fresca, cremosa a dismisura e fa venire l\u2019acquolina in bocca. Si fa riconoscere facilmente per la sua crosta fiorita bianca e deve il suo nome all\u2019antica modalit\u00e0 di stagionatura su graticci di paglia, che le conferiscono le tipiche righe sulla crosta.<\/span><\/p>\n
