Il disciplinare richiede una stagionatura di minimo 180 giorni, ma il nostro Bra Duro DOP continua la sua maturazione per almeno 300 giorni. Perfetto per essere tagliato a scaglie o grattugiato in cucina, in particolare sui primi piatti.<\/span><\/p>\n
